Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on shipped items. 

 

Lash Exchanges (Local Pickup Only) 

We offer exchanges on lash products under the following conditions: 

*Request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. 

*Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging 

 

We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24-48 hours with photo proof, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
