All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Once processed, you will receive tracking information via text or email.

All orders are shipped with USPS. Delivery times may vary based of location and carrier days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include packaging, handling, and insurance coverage.

 

Shipping Protection

All packages are shipped with insurance to protect your order while in transit. 

 

Shipping Responsibility

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, Amayah's Beauty Bar is not responsible with carrier delays. However, we will assist customers with filing claims for lost or damaged packages when applicable. 

 

 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.  

 

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available for customers in the Manchester.CT area. Pickup will take place at a designated plaza (details provided after purchase). 

*Customers will be notified when orders are ready 

*Valid order confirmation are required. 

*Orders must be picked up within 3 days

Failure to Pick Up:

 If an order is not picked up within 3 days, It will be cancelled, refunded, and restocked for resale. `
